I am Yan LI, professor and the Vice President of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU).

As you may know, APU is one of the most internationalized universities in Japan with half of its students and faculty members being foreign nationals and teaching in both Japanese and English languages.

APU is currently preparing to submit a notification of establishment to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan for the tentatively named College for Sustainable Development and Tourism. Now we are set to begin recruiting new faculty for this college.
